TEXTBOOK RETURNS AND EXCHANGES DEADLINE:
On Campus Classes Starting Aug. 23rd: AUGUST 30th
Off Campus: SATURDAY OF 2ND CLASS WEEK
Early & Late Starting: FRIDAY OF 1ST CLASS WEEK
- YOU MUST HAVE YOUR REGISTER SALES RECEIPT
- BOOKS MUST HAVE ORIGINAL SALES STICKER
- NEW BOOKS MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW CONDITION FOR A FULL RETURN
- TEXTBOOKS ARE CONSIDERED ANY MATERIALS ADOPTED FOR A CLASS
General Merchandise Returns
Soft goods, School & Art Supplies, Greek, Gifts, etc.
all items must have a register sales receipt to be returned.
- Returns MUST be made within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. (TEXTBOOKS DO NOT APPLY! Please see textbook returns deadline posted in the store.)
- All items must be in saleable condition, unwashed, unworn, complete with tags, in original unopened packaging. THIS INCLUDES COMPUTER SOFTWARE!
- All refunds, returns, and exchanges are subject to Dept. Manager's approval!
NO RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING:
- Special events (Dated) clothing.
- SALE ITEMS! (Clothing can be exchanged for correct sizes ONLY!)
- Markers, pens, acrylic and oil paints, or spray paints.
- Anything customized, cut to specific sizes, press-on letters, transfers, or special orders.
- Greeting cards and opened Calculators
- Best Sellers, reference books, study aids, and Cliffs Notes.
- Earrings and Jewelry.
